Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to physical addresses within the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally at this time. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Most orders placed and received before 12:00 PM (CST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders placed and received after 12:00 PM (CST) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
All items ship from our warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri and are typically shipped through FedEx Ground, Fed Ex 3 Day Express Saver, Fed Ex 2-Day shipping. Tracking Numbers will be emailed once your items ship, which you can use to track your shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you use our 'Free Shipping' promotion, you will not be able to choose your shipping method. We will select the best option based on your order and shipping information. Free Shipping is offered in the lower 48 United States only.
RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the products purchase price, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. However, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will gladly pay for return shipping. Please email us at info@stinkboss.com or 1-800-821-7849 before returning any items so that we may provide proper return instructions.
